Boo Mow Mow

This answer to mumble rap and much of the generic redundant rap sounds that is out there currently in the mainstream is addressed. Boo Mow Mow hits hard and heavy with an infectious baseline and hook. "invest represent with intent or your frontin, talking loud and you ain't sayin nothin"

The Doobie Song 420 Anthem

A song supporting the legalization of cannabis in Canada presented in a positive and singalong fashion. More must be done as we move forward,

our perspective and contribution to this cause is captured in its mood and lyrics. Best enjoyed at 4:20 daily.

"Hip Hop Mecanix were able to turn a somewhat hard-rockish audience into a sea of heads bobbing in time to the steady and sometimes off-beat rhythms left me more than impressed. It also reminded me that music crosses all borders and that good music of any kind is much appreciated, and in this instance there was plenty.

Accompanied by a DJ (whose afro swayed to the rhythms he was spinning and scratching, making him look like a tree in a windstorm), the remaining two members pounded out the rhymes in sheer fashion, at the same time hyping up the crowd for the rest of the night."

Their new album ‘Modified’ is the answer to their “true school” style and approach to Hip Hop, as they seamlessly combine the best of yesterday and today's hip hop in daring fashion. ‘Modified’ exemplifies the definition: "to make minor changes, to customize or improve something". The album captures the energy and elements of classic hip hop creating the 'True School' modified sound.

From 'Let Me Show You' to 'Day after' the album is concise and engaging.
